The staff ensured my comfort, offering prompt assistance and addressing my needs efficiently. I found the cleanliness amazing, with attention evident in every corner. The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions, simplifying my exploration. The Executive Suite had convenient amenities, including a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable king bed.

I experienced a slight delay during check-in. This was however quickly resolved.

unfixed door

the noise levels were unacceptable. a nightclub operated downstairs until the early hours. the balcony door in my room could not be secured. this meant the noise was amplified. i was not offered a room change. the door remained unfixed .
