My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were well-equipped with good air conditioning, but there was an issue with noise insulation from outside. The service was helpful and I appreciated the assistance with navigating around Dubai during my stay. The location was convenient, although a bit far from the metro station. The dining experience met my expectations with a variety of choices. However, the Wi-Fi facility had an additional charge, which was a downside.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would love to visit again when I come back to Dubai. The rooms were beautiful, nicely decorated, and very spacious, although it was challenging to fall asleep when the disco music was playing loudly on the 2nd floor under my room. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional.

The staff services, especially from Kingsley, are exceptional. The service is very cooperative and friendly. The location is close to key attractions like Dubai Mall and Emirates Mall but lacks easy access to transportation. The dining experience leans more towards Indian cuisine, needing more variety. Overall, the facilities are decent, with some improvements needed in the dining options.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was excellent, with all the main attractions just minutes away, but the noise level in the rooms was almost unbearable at times. The service was top-notch, especially with Mr Kalu Singh being so caring and friendly, but the dining experience left much to be desired due to the overpowering smell of the food. Despite some drawbacks, I found the value for money reasonable overall.
The hotel offers spacious and nice rooms despite some maintenance issues and limited breakfast varieties. Unfortunately, I received a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking, and the bed setup was not suitable for my group of five.
The hotel rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Kingsley, Kanika, and Elizabeth, were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The hotel offers a convenient location in Dubai's Center with easy access to all attractions. The rooms have a slight distinct smell due to trash bins nearby but are overall comfortable. The service is cooperative and friendly, especially Mariam at reception. The dining menu could use more variety for vegetarians. Not recommended for families due to noise from nightclubs nearby.
